Youngstown State University’s online master’s degree in Health and Human Services is ranked among the most affordable in the nation by Healthcare Administration Degree Programs website.

YSU’s program is ranked 28th, and the website cites the program for offering flexible courses and field practica in four tracks: Health Informatics, Health Promotion, Physical Education, or Administration for Health and Human Services.

The YSU online Master of Health and Human Services is a collaborative degree between the Bitonte College of Health and Human Services and the Williamson College of Business Administration. The program accommodates students from health and human services professions who require the skills and abilities for supervisory/managerial positions or who desire competence in health promotion and methods in the community.

The rankings are based on information gathered in part from the National Center for Education Statistics’ College Navigator database. Schools were identified that offered health administration or management master’s degrees as cyberlearning options. The website then selected the 35 most affordable online master’s degrees using in-state tuition rates.
