College of Business Showcase at YSU

The Williamson College of Business Administration hosts a showcase for prospective students 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Oct. 14 in Williamson Hall on the Youngstown State University campus.

Check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m. followed by a welcome by President Jim Tressel at 9:30 a.m.

Those in attendance will meet current students, faculty and staff to learn about WCBA majors, leadership activities, professional development experiences and career opportunities. The showcase will feature demonstrations by faculty, staff and students including the 3D Launch Lab, Financial Services Lab, Professional Sales Lab, Center for Career Management and Student Services. Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the state-of-the-art, $34 million, 110,000 square foot business school.

Lunch will be provided followed by campus and residence hall tours for those interested.

Information on majors in accounting, advertising/public relations, business administration, business economics, finance, human resource management, international business, information/supply chain management, and marketing will be available.
