Jump Start Classes Summer 2018

If you would like to take Jump Start classes:

  1. Call the Admission Office at 330-941-2000 to change your admission term from FALL 2018 to SUMMER 2018.
  2. Talk to your Financial Aid Counselor to check if taking summer classes will affect your financial aid for the academic year.
  3. Be sure to attend Orientation before June 11th.

The cost (pending approval from the Ohio Dept. of Higher Ed. And the YSU Board of Trustees) is course-based and depends upon the number of credits associated with a particular course:

1 credit course = $200
3 credit course = $500
4 credit course = $650
5 credit course = $850

All Out-of-State students pay the additional $30/credit Affordable Tuition Advantage surcharge!!!
