The WCBA Professional Development Summit is designed for business students entering their junior year at YSU in an effort to promote opportunities that will assist in developing professional skills needed for the job market and beyond. By attending the Professional Development Summit, students will:
· Identify key knowledge, skills and experiences that employers expect in new hires
· Learn about ways to position themselves for meeting employer expectations
· Focus on resume building, leadership and internship opportunities
· Develop an Action Plan for Success
