Donquail Mims Bio

Donquail Mims was born and raised here in Youngstown, Ohio. A graduate of Chaney High school, he has been involved in nearly every program here on the Youngstown State campus. He embodies using every resource and networking as a college student. He has been with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion office since the beginning as an undergraduate assistant. After completing his bachelor's degree in Social work with a minor in Developmental Psychology, he accepted a position as a graduate assistant. That catapulted him into his current role as our Coordinator, Transition and Mentoring Programs, where he will focus on leading, developing, and providing guidance and support to students.
