The student organization fair is held each semester during the first week of classes. Organizations can register for a table on CampusGroups.
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. The Student Activities Office is pleased to offer you this opportunity in order to showcase and generate interest in your organization.
The number of available tables varies by location, but if the registration fills up then you will be automatically added to a waitlist. If a spot opens up while you are on the waitlist you will have a limited time to claim this spot before it is automatically passed to the next entry on the waitlist.
Registration closes 2 business days before each fair to give us time to create signs and map out the fair.
At each Penguin Preview Day, we offer approximately 20 tables for student organizations to promote their club to perspective students. Your organization is provided with a tablecloth and signage for this event. Organizations can register for a table through CampusGroups. Repeated failure to show up at the event after registering for a table may result in a suspension from registering for future events.
