Group X Overview

Group X classes are available for all fitness levels, and all exercises can be modified and adjusted.

Group X Classes are available to all current YSU students and members of the Andrews Student Recreation & Wellness Center.

In-person classes will be offered on the Aerobics Studio & SPINNING Studio

Virtual classes will be offered on Zoom and participants will receive a link after they register for the specific class
