You meet with a YSU academic advisor regarding how your course(s) apply to YSU graduation requirements. You receive directions on how to meet with an advisor during your new student orientation or continuing student pre-advisement session with YSU CCP staff. Meeting with an advisor is mandatory per the state CCP rules!
Note: YSU advisors cannot provide information on how a course will transfer to schools other than YSU. For more information, please see Transferring College Credit.
All CCP students meet with an advisor in the CCP office for advisement. Appointments are by phone, email, or virtually. The CCP office will contact you to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions, please email ccp@ysu.edu or call 330-941-2447.
