The Seventh annual North East Ohio Keyboard Festival will be held from September 12-15, with concerts and masterclasses at both Youngstown State University and the University of Akron. The Youngstown final concert will be held as a Music at Noon at the Butler Institute of American Art and will include Festival participants. Free and open to the public.
