The Instructional Design and Development Center (IDDC) is part of Youngstown State Online. We provide training and support in online course design and instructional technology integration. We are committed to enhancing the teaching and learning experience through innovative, research-based practices in distance education and instructional design.

We Specialize In:

• Offering expertise in online course design, development, and pedagogy to continuously improve teaching and learning.
• Developing and facilitating professional development for faculty on distance education, online teaching, and educational technology.
• Creating and maintaining accessible resources to support faculty in designing courses with Blackboard and other educational technologies.
• Providing ongoing support for online programs and courses.
• Conducting course reviews aligned with the Youngstown State Online development review process.
