CCP Program Documents & Procedures

School districts submit a CPP Planning Form (CPF) each year (due October 31). The CPF lists the courses(s) the district plans to offer in the high school, term for which the students are to be enrolled and high school instructor assigned to the course. Potential instructors (not yet approved) designated on the form complete and submit the CCP Instructor Application Packet by October 31. Credit courses cannot be offered without an instructor approved by YSU.

Once the CPF is received, and the high school teacher is approved and appointed to teach the CCP course, YSU sends a Course Agreement Form (CAF) to the district. The CAF shows the final schedule for the district, including course(s), term(s) offered, and CCP instructor(s).
