CCP instructors are required to attend three hours of professional development each year. A CCP roundtable meeting is scheduled in the fall and spring semesters to meet this requirement. The academic department may also schedule additional meetings as needed. Attendance is critical as these are considered faculty meetings for YSU CCP courses. They provide opportunities for instructors to keep updated on the University course and participate in the intellectual and collegial community of the University and CCP. Participation helps CCP instructors stay current with trends in their fields and changes to the YSU course.
Instructors who have been accepted to teach a YSU CCP course, but are temporarily not teaching, haven’t started teaching yet or whose applications are pending are invited to attend.
