Youngstown State University Schedule of Operations

When a student applies to live in University Housing, they sign a contract. This contract includes information both about what they can expect to be provided by the University during their stay, as well as the terms (length) of the agreement. Should a student wish to terminate their residence hall contract, they must submit a request in writing.

Endowed in 2011 by one current and two former deans (Dr. Bryan W. DePoy, Mr. Joe Edwards, and Dr. George E. McCloud) of the Cliffe College of Creative Arts at YSU, this scholarship is designed to recruit future and retain present students in CAC disciplines. Students receiving the scholarship must achieve success benchmarks by progressing through their degrees by 25% at the end of their first year, 50% by the end of their second year, 75% by the end of their third year, and be registered for required courses to complete their degrees by their fourth year.
