Bio:
Jennifer Jones Mosher has sung many lyric soprano roles (including Mimi in LA BOHEME, Liu in TURANDOT, SUOR ANGELICA, Violetta in LA TRAVIATA, Donna Anna in DON GIOVANNI, Micaëla in CARMEN, Marguerite in FAUST) with various regional companies throughout the United States. A graduate of the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, she holds a Master's in Opera from The Curtis Institute of Music, followed by apprenticeships with opera companies in Miami and San Francisco.
Her concert repertoire has included Handel’s MESSIAH, J.S. Bach's Cantata #51, Mozart's REQUIEM and “Exultate, Jubilate,” Strauss’ FOUR LAST SONGS, and Samuel Barber's KNOXVILLE: Summer of 1915. She has taught voice at Ashland University and Thiel College, as well as the Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University. She is active in the Warren-Youngstown Alumnae chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota Alumnae and Cornersburg Baptist Church, and maintains a private voice studio at home.
