Student accounts are billed each semester. Tuition statements are sent out electronically. Payment is due in full by the specified due date. A monthly payment plan option is available online via the Penguin Portal if you cannot pay your balance in full. Current account information, including charges and payments, is available online via the Penguin Portal. Tuition statements may also be printed from this site.
Current students who register during their appointed registration time generally will be billed according to the following schedule:

New students, or current students who did not register during their appointed registration time, should contact the Office of University Bursar (330) 941-3133 for billing and payment due date information.
Tuition payments may be made online via the Penguin Portal.
Students may also enroll in the Payment Plan, establish other individuals (such as a parent or guardian) as an authorized user, and set up direct deposit account information at this website.
Payment plan enrollment is not available for accelerated online programs.
