List the article title, journal, and additional publication information for any articles or essays you are reporting. Please number these if there is more than one.
List the book title, your role (author, editor, contributor, etc.), and additional publication information for any books you are reporting. Please number these if there is more than one.
List the chapter title, book, and additional publication information for any chapter publications you are reporting. Please number these if there is more than one.
Please include the type of performance (vocal, instrumental, acting, etc), title, date, and role.
