Conditional Admission Contract - Resch Academic Success Center

In signing this agreement, I understand that, in order to continue to be enrolled at Youngstown State University, I must be in good academic standing (a 2.0 or higher GPA). I must also fulfill the requirements listed in this contract. I understand that I may not withdraw from the following classes unless I make a complete withdrawal from the University: English 1541, English 1549, RSS 1510A. I also understand that I must get my class schedule approved by my advisor and may not change it without my advisor’s approval.
