- Paper Transcript Information
- Paper is the required delivery method for current and former student who have any coursework taken at YSU prior to 1970.
- Cost - $6.00 per copy
- Are typically sent within 2-5 business days. Delays may occur due to 1) trouble validating the requestor’s identity in our system, 2) transcript needs reviewed, and/or 3) attachment(s) needs reviewed. Transcript requests from students who attended YSU before 1970 may require additional processing time as their secure records must be retrieved from the University vault.
- Order a paper transcript using the National Student Clearinghouse link on YSU’s transcript request page.
- Delivered using 1st-class US regular mail
- Rush Processing/Delivery Service option: Transcripts are processed and mailed within 1-2 business days of order. Overnight/next-business delivery is available using FedEx Priority for an extra $29.00 (total cost $35.00). This option can only be used for transcripts mailed within the continental US. Overnight/next business day delivery cannot be used for addresses that contain a PO Box. For next-business day delivery choose Rush processing when placing your order.
