Request a Graduation Evaluation

Another important step in preparing to graduate is to request a Graduation Evaluation from your professional advisor.  This is not the same as applying for graduation and should be done at least two semesters before you plan to graduate.

Please Note: This process does not apply to students majoring in Nursing, Dental Hygiene, or Respiratory Care.
