All incidents, injuries, near-miss/close-calls, or unsafe conditions involving YSU employees, students, contractors, or visitors must be reported to the EHS Department.

New employees, or continuing employees who are assuming new job duties, must complete applicable health and/or safety training before performing certain tasks.
