Creative Services Production Policy
A minimum three-week allotment is required for all graphic design projects requested through Creative Services. Depending on our current production schedule, we may provide drafts and/or completed artwork sooner but this standard timeline requirement will help ensure that your project receives the time and creative attention it deserves. We are offering a maximum number of four proofs during the design process. Additional proofs and changes may require your project to be re-positioned within our production schedule. Project requests are accepted and prioritized according to date of receipt.
- Creative design requests are prioritized according to date of receipt and will be added to our production list upon receiving all necessary content including any high-res photos and fully-edited text relevant to the project.

Creative Services is unable to edit independently created files other than those designed within Adobe InDesign.
