Room Assignments: Expect to receive your room assignments by May 1st via your YSU email.
Important Dates:
- Summer 1 Seven-Week Term Move-In: Sunday, May 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM
- Summer 1 Seven-Week Term Move-Out: Friday, June 27, 2025, at 8:00 PM
- Summer 2 Seven-Week Term Move-In: Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM
- Summer 2 Seven-Week Term Move-Out: Friday, August 15, 2025, at 8:00 PM
Total Housing Fees: $2,500.00 per 7-week term (Full summer: $5,000.00)
Eligibility: Students must be registered for six credit hours per summer term session to live in summer housing. If you're staying for both terms, you won't need to move out after Summer 1 term!
Meal Plan: All summer residents will enjoy a summer meal plan, including Pete’s Points and/or Flex Points, usable at on and off-campus dining locations, including Christman Dining Hall when open.
Need a Contract Extension? If you need to stay before Summer 1 move-in or after Summer 2 move-out, fill out the contract extension request form here. Approved students must be present in the halls during extension weeks and have a signed contract for 2025-2026 to stay the week after August 18th.
