Looking to start an exercise program, but don’t know where to begin? Stop by the Wellness Resource Center and sign up for a FREE total-body fitness assessment given by trained personnel.
These assessments will test the five components of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. The results will give you insight to your current status and information to make new fitness goals.
