Painting Contest Timeline:
Painting will take place the week of October 16-19 within Kilcawley Center building hours. All entries MUST be complete by Friday, October 20, 2023. Judging will take place Friday afternoon and a winner will be announced. Each organization will need to sign up for designated time slots to work on their window or chalk panel to comply with social distancing guidelines and masks must be worn at all times.
