Dollar General Tax Exempt Form

Cardholders must present a Dollar General Tax-Exempt form to be exempt from Ohio sales tax when making purchases with their YSU Purchasing Cards (PCard).

To obtain a copy of the form, please email procure@ysu.edu.

Present the form to the cashier at checkout when making purchases for university business. If the form is not presented at the time of purchase, you will be charged sales tax.
