Bio

Originally from Durban, South Africa, I moved to the United States with my family in March, 2000, and have lived in Ohio ever since. When I am not immersed in academia, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, binge-watching Netflix shows, cooking and baking, playing pub trivia, watching live music, and hanging out with my fiance, Matt, and my cats, Peanut and Amu.

Research Interests

Information literacy instruction, ADA/accessibility and universal design in online information resources, educational assessment, (new and digital) media literacy / education, academic research, writing and editing, social media education/presentation, and public speaking.
