Bake sales must be reserved and approved, IN ADVANCE (at least TWO WEEKS), through the OFFICE OF UNIVERSITY EVENTS (1st Floor, Tod Hall, Ext. 2962). Bake sales must be held in specific areas designated by the OFFICE OF UNIVERSITY EVENTS. Bake sales are not permitted in Kilcawley Center. Any group wishing to have a bake sale in Maag Library must obtain permission from Maag's Administrative Office prior to completing this form. A sign must be visible showing name and sponsoring/benefitting group information Food or beverages requiring refrigeration to prevent spoilage are prohibited. Heating or warming devices are prohibited; however a coffee pot is permissible. (SEE BAKE SALE REGULATIONS) Registered student organizations must take all necessary precautions to insure that goods are prepared and served in a sanitary manner. Recognized student organizations are solely responsible for any claims and liability for personal injuries, property damages, or other damages arising from their bake sale.
