Bio

Guohong (Helen) Han-Haas (Ph.D., University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) is currently a Professor of Management & Marketing in the College of Business Administration at YSU where she has earned the title of Distinguished Professor. Helen is also a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her research interests include leadership, diversity, team development, and employee attitudes and has published articles in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Industrial Relations, and International Journal of Conflict Management.
