Hello! My name is Emily Wolf, and I am a Graduate Assistant Intern / Academic Coach at the Academic Success Center. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Minor in Social Work, and an undeclared Minor in Education at Youngstown State University in May of 2024. I am currently working on earning my Master of Education in Intervention Services Degree and an EdS in School Psychology at YSU. While in my undergrad I competed on the YSU track and field team as a thrower. I am from Oak Harbor, Ohio; it is also known as the “biggest little town in Ohio.” We have the best of both worlds, a little bit of country with a little bit of lake life! I am passionate about helping others become their best selves and pushing towards success. I am excited to get to work with students as an academic coach at YSU! Fly with the Y!

What's your favorite Holiday?
I love anything Halloween or fall. Growing up, my dad's side took Halloween VERY seriously. This passion rubbed off on me as the years went by. I love watching scary movies, sweater weather, pumpkin and apple anything, decorating for fall, and other Halloween traditions.
What are your hobbies?
I am passionate about health and wellness; finding ways to take care of myself mentally, physically, and spiritually. Such as going to the gym to lift, relaxing walks, cooking meals at home, journaling, spending time with friends and family, shopping, and coffee runs. I also love to try new things and get out of the house when I can!
What's your favorite genre of music?
I like anything that has a beat to it!
