Close Contact Flow Chart

Anyone who has been within six feet of a COVID-19 positive person for more than 15 minutes is considered a “close contact.” This flow chart shows the process to determine the appropriate next steps. The left side of the chart is for close contacts with no symptoms, and the right side is for close contacts with symptoms.

  • At-home testing. For individuals with no symptoms. Kits available in Rooms 2303 and 2214, Cushwa Hall, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Designed to be taken via a virtual appointment through NAVICA mobile app.
