The Youngstown State University College of Graduate Studies invites applications for new members of the Graduate College Advisory Team. Applicants from business, industry and the creative arts are encouraged to apply for these voluntary positions.
We are seeking members’ external perspective, input and assistance on matters impacting and related to graduate education, graduate programs, graduate students, alumni and other stakeholders.
Specific objectives for the advisory team include:
- Promote graduate education.
- Advocate for graduate students and graduates, the College of Graduate Studies and graduate programs.
- Provide expertise and advice on graduates’ skills, knowledge and experiences.
- Provide input on and advocate for graduate assistantship, internship, research and employment opportunities.
Details:
Initial terms will be for two years.
Initial meeting schedule 2 meetings annually (Fall and Spring)
