Wick House Quick Facts

 Residents:

Houses about 32 students at maximum capacity, including students of all genders. Available to returning students only (those who have lived on campus for a full year previously).

Meal plan requirement:

Students may opt to choose from any of the nine available residential meal plans.

Rooms:

As a converted mansion, each room in the building is different in both shape and size. Rooms include three single rooms, eleven two-person rooms, and two three-person rooms. Some rooms have built-in storage or old fireplaces. Additionally, rooms may have private bathrooms or shared bathrooms, though bathrooms are typically only shared by two or three rooms of residents.

Furniture provided:

Each resident will receive an extra-long twin bed and mattress, storage for belongings (typically a combined wardrobe/drawer set or one of each), and a desk or table with desk chair. Each room also has a microfridge unit (combined refrigerator, microwave, and freezer) for the shared use of the room residents.

Building amenities:

Laundry room in the basement with both washers and dryers (all free of charge); public kitchen with sink, oven, stovetop, and microwave; soundproof music practice rooms; recreation space with tables, couch, and TV; and public computers with printing capabilities.
