: This error can be fixed with these troubleshooting tips:
1. Close all your browsers, clear your cache &/or cookies, and log back in. Having multiple versions of Skills Accelerator or Blackboard open can cause the system to get confused, particularly if you have multiple accounts in Blackboard.
2. If you are still encountering an error: Use the incognito mode to get rid of the sign in error. Windows(Ctrl + Shift +n)
This error could be because you have two blackboard accounts. One blackboard registered with YSU email and one with a personal email.
