Information Technology Maintenance Services (ITMS) is located in the basement of Cushwa Hall, but we are a part of the Technology Organization which includes Information Technology, IT Application Services, IT Customer Services, IT Infrastructure Services, and IT Security Services. ITMS has one manager and five trained technicians to serve the campus of the University, as well as student workers.
HOW TO CONTACT US: Department Policy requires the use of Work Orders for every request made to service any piece of equipment, A Work Order is placed with the IT Service Desk either online or by calling x1595. Please be very specific as to the nature of the problem and be prepared to give the exact model name and number in the request and if it is covered by a warranty. Due to the recent department moves and personnel changes, be sure to provide an accurate contact employee name and number so we can reach you quickly.
ITMS has certified technicians for Hewlett-Packard printers, as well as Apple and Dell computers.
