All exercises are based on ACSM Guidelines for Exerise Prescription. Please contact a Health Care professional before beginning any exercise program. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 150 minutes of exercise per week— just about 30 minutes, five days a week

The fitness programs offered by the Department of Campus Recreation provide a wide variety of services for all interests and levels of Andrews Student Recreation & Wellness Center users. Our fitness area includes a state-of-the-art, cardiovascular and strength equipment providing students and members with a comprehensive fitness facility. Various types of group exercise classes and specialty workshops are also available for participants of all fitness levels.
