Mr. Ross Morrone

Ross Morrone is the Chief Marketing Officer at Youngstown State University. He joined Youngstown State in 2006 as a web developer in the Office of Marketing and Communications. In 2015, after serving as the Creative Director and Assistant Director, he took on the role as Director of Marketing. Through his leadership, the University successfully rolled out a complete website redesign in 2016 with a focus on branding and the online enrollment funnel. The office also created a visual standards guide to align the branding assets across the University and create a set of standards for use by all Colleges and departments. The marketing department also merged services across the University to create three core marketing areas: creative services, the web team and social media

Ross has also taught for Youngstown State in the MBA program, journalism and the Art Department. He currently is an online adjunct faculty member at Brandeis University teaching in their Strategic Analytics Program rotating two courses: Data Visualization for Analytics, Marketing and Customer Analytics.
