Dr. Marculetiu, originally from Romania, brings a richly diverse background to her academic role. With over a decade of teaching experience in various business subjects, including operations and supply chain management, project management, business analysis, analytics, statistics, and finance, she has developed broad expertise in sustainable supply chain management and operations management. Her active involvement in professional organizations like the Decision Sciences Institute and the Institute for Supply Chain Management further enhances this expertise, where she stays updated with the latest industry developments and engages in collaborative innovation.
Her academic journey is distinguished by significant achievements as a recipient of the "Outstanding Graduate Student Teaching Award" and the "Doctoral Excellence in Teaching Award" during her doctoral studies at Cleveland State University. Dr. Marculetiu's unique blend of artistic flair and environmental passion underpins her commitment to excellence in both teaching and research.
