Program Evaluation

Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority: HOPE IV: The Center provided evaluation services during the construction and development of Arlington Heights. This project was federally funded through the HOPE IV grant through HUD. Evaluation services began in 2005 and went through until the funding was completed in 2008. Evaluation consisted of creating, implementing, and analyzing surveys; collection of data of people served (demographic, housing needs, etc.); and coordination and collaboration of community agencies, housing authority, and housing management team meetings. Services also included working with collaborating partners to ensure the program was being implemented to the grant goals and objectives.

 

SMARTS (Students Motivated by the ARTS) Evaluation: Evaluated SMARTS’s programming and services to assist them in obtaining funding for programming. Evaluation consisted of collection and analyzation of data. Services also included working with collaborating partners to ensure the program was being implemented to the grant goals and objectives.

 

Girard 21st Century Community Learning Center: Program Evaluation: Evaluated the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant funded by Ohio Department of Education to Girard City School District. Evaluation services included meeting with the site coordinator on a regular basis to gather and analyze student data. Evaluations included student performance data, attendance data, as well as demographic data. The evaluator also met with community providers and the Girard Multigenerational Center staff to evaluate relationships between the afterschool program and the Girard Multigenerational Center (housing site for the afterschool program). Services also included working with collaborating partners to ensure the program was being implemented to the grant goals and objectives.

 

Humility of Mary Health Partners: Minority Health Stepping Out Program: Provided evaluation services for the Stepping Out program which included data collection and analysis. Services also included working with collaborating partners to ensure the program was being implemented to the grant goals and objectives. Collaborating agencies provided data for report, as well as other qualitative outcome information for evaluative services.
