To accommodate students holding veteran and current military status, YSU offers the opportunity to enroll in classes for veterans and current military personnel only.
These are closed classes. To register, verification of your military service, past or current, must be on file with the Office of Veterans Affairs, located at 633 Wick Ave, Youngstown OH 44502. You may also drop off your documentation at the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs, located on the first floor. Be sure to include your YSU Banner ID number and a note stating the classes you wish to register for. Once documentation is recorded, a permit will be issued for you to enroll.
YSU agrees to waive any change of registration fees associated with changing your current registration to include these classes. If you have questions regarding the process, please contact the Office of Veterans Affairs at (330) 941-2503 or veterans@ysu.edu.
