Entrepreneurship Center

Center Background

The primary goal of The Entrepreneurship Center, which resides in The Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University, is the development of entrepreneurship initiatives and programs. A 12 S.H. Certificate in Entrepreneurship and an 18 S.H. Minor are offered.  YSU students of all majors may pursue both the Certificate and the Minor and learn how to transform their idea, product or service into a new business. A secondary aim is to communicate the entrepreneurship theme throughout the community. This is accomplished by hosting entrepreneurship programs for students in grades 6-12 and adults interested in entrepreneurship. Lastly, the Center acts as an entrepreneurship resource center for the University community.
